Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the GT Strategies website, indicators, Discord server and membership ("the service"). By joining or using the service, you agree to these terms.

What you get

Members get access to TradingView indicators, strategy documentation, backtest results, alerts and a Discord community. All of it is educational. We do not place trades for you, manage your money, or give personal investment advice.

Not financial advice

Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. GT Strategies is not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or broker. You make your own trading decisions and you are responsible for them.

Billing

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Whop. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Your account

Your membership is for you only. Do not share your login, resell access, or copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the indicators, code or member content. We may remove access, without refund, for sharing, abuse or harassment in the community.

Ownership

The indicators, code, videos, text and results on the service belong to GT Strategies. Your membership gives you a personal license to use them while you are a member.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep indicators and alerts working, but we do not promise they will be error-free or always available. TradingView, Discord and Whop are third-party services we do not control.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GT Strategies is not liable for any trading losses or other losses from using the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will post it in Discord before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where GT Strategies is registered.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• From Whop: your name, email, username and membership status. Whop processes your payment; we never see your full card details.
• From you: your TradingView username (so we can give you indicator access) and your Discord username.
• On this website: anonymous visit counts from Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no personal profile). If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you logged in.

How we use it

Only to run the service: give you access, remove access when a membership ends, answer support messages and send membership updates. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who else sees it

Whop (payments and membership), Discord (community), TradingView (indicator access) and Vercel (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Email us at the address below. Deleting your data ends your membership access.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Refund Policy

On monthly and annual plans, the 5-day free trial is your refund window. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged. The Founder Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no trial, and it is final once paid.

Once the trial ends and your first payment goes through, payments are not refundable. That includes monthly, annual and lifetime plans, and partial months. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you were charged in error (for example, a double charge), email us within 14 days and we will fix it.

Risk Disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Past performance, real or hypothetical, does not guarantee future results. The strategies shown can and will have losing trades, losing months and drawdowns larger than any shown in their backtests.

Backtest results assume set commissions and one tick of slippage per trade. Real fills, fees and slippage can be worse, especially around news and in fast markets.

Prop firm evaluations and funded accounts have their own rules, which change. Check the current rules with the firm yourself.

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
